I put this eBook together during this rather unprecedented time that we're all going through right now.
I see patients all day, every day in my practice here in Denver, Colorado. I've recently been overwhelmed with questions and concerns about how to best support our immune systems. Each patient that I have seen during this time has been asking questions about what to eat and what not to eat.
The volume of this type of question drastically increased when the restaurants started temporarily closing their doors, forcing more of us to invest time and energy into cooking our own meals at home.
My overall naturopathic medical philosophy and approach to healing is fundamentally based on the age old saying from Hippocrates that we should,

"let food be thy medicine, and medicine be thy food"

The first thing I do with every one of my patients is assess their daily and weekly nutritional profile, so that I can immediately identify modifications that need to be made, such adding or eliminating certain foods from their regimen.
I perform this analysis before even considering prescribing any herbs or medications. The reason for this is simple...
